Project Overview

1,200 km dual-carriageway highway corridor linking major economic centres across three nations, incorporating 47 bridges and 12 interchanges.

The Challenge

Extreme terrain variation, remote logistics across three countries, rainy season constraints, and complex multi-government stakeholder coordination presented significant programme risks.

Our Approach

Ammaraone deployed modular construction camps, established local supply chains, and used real-time GPS progress tracking to coordinate 2,800 workers across multiple simultaneous work fronts.
